Stratus Technologies Moves to Mill & Main Location, Expands Business In Maynard
MAYNARD — Town Administrator Kevin Sweet is pleased to report that Stratus Technologies will soon occupy over 100,000 square feet at Maynard’s former Clock Tower Place — making this the largest lease for the community so far this year.
Stratus Technologies provides computer and software services to businesses. They are expected to move from their current Maynard location, 111 Powder Mill Road, to their new spot by March.
The company rented 102,321 square feet in what is now a 1.1 million-square-foot, 50-acre campus owned by Saracen Properties and Artemis Real Estate Partners, who re-branded the formerly foreclosed Clock Tower Place property as “Mill & Main.”
“We are thrilled Stratus Technologies is committed to staying in Maynard,” Town Administrator Sweet said. “Their move further beautifies the newly renovated Mill & Main location, revitalizing an important section of our community.”
